1. Who we are

FootyHunch ("we", "us") is run by [owner's full name / business name], [address], United Kingdom. Contact: [contact email].

2. You must be 18 or over

FootyHunch is only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

3. What FootyHunch is - and isn't

FootyHunch gives football statistics, analysis and opinions (including "The Hunch") for information and entertainment. It is not betting, financial or professional advice. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets and we are not paid by bookmakers for your bets.

Predictions and percentages are estimates. Football is unpredictable and we make no promise or guarantee of any profit or winnings. Past results, backtests and track records do not guarantee future results. If you choose to bet, you do so at your own risk and should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan includes a limited number of full match reports each day. Premium is a monthly subscription (no yearly plans), billed in advance each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for. If a payment fails you have 7 days to fix it before Premium stops.

Founding members. The founding member price (£2.99 a month) is only for the first 50 accounts that take it. You keep that price for as long as your Premium subscription stays active. If a monthly payment fails, you have 7 days from that failed payment to fix it (for example by updating your card); during that time you keep Premium and the founding price, and if the payment goes through nothing changes. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, or your subscription ends for any other reason (you cancel, or it otherwise lapses), you lose founding status permanently: if you subscribe again later you pay the standard price (currently £4.99 a month). Each founding spot can only be used once: if a founding member leaves or deletes their account, the spot is not given to anyone else. Founding status can't be transferred.

6. Fair use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our reports or data, try to get around the plan limits, or interfere with the site. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Data from others

Some data (fixtures, results, odds, team news) comes from third parties and may sometimes be late or wrong. Club names and badges belong to their owners.

8. Our responsibility

We'll take reasonable care running FootyHunch, but the service is provided "as is". We aren't responsible for any betting losses or decisions you make using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. The law of England and Wales applies.
